Franklin County Irrigation District #1 (FCID) provides for the delivery, repair and maintenance of infrastructure (pipes, valves, canal, pumps, etc.) of irrigation water to area residents. The main portion of our service area lies south of the I-182 corridor and north of the Columbia River, east to N. 20th Avenue and west to Shoreline Court.
Payments are through the Franklin County Treasurer's Office and can be made conveniently online by using the tab at the top of the page, or in person at their office weekdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. They are located at the Franklin County Court House, 1016 N. 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301.
WATER STARTUP AND SHUTOFF
Our water startup and shutoff dates vary every year depending on weather. Startup is usually the full week after the 20th of March and shut off is usually around the third full week in October.
